At Panhandle Diesel & Automotive, we live by one motto: Care Beyond Repair. We’re a locally owned Scottsbluff shop offering automotive and light- to medium-duty diesel service, backed by ASE-certified technicians and a strong reputation for honest, transparent care.

We’re hiring a Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call to the final pickup.

And here’s the most important part:

You do not need to know about cars to succeed in this role.

You do need to be great with people.

If you’re positive, organized, confident in sales conversations, and genuinely care about helping customers feel heard, understood, and taken care of, this could be a great fit.

What success looks like in this role

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our team. Your job is to make the experience smooth, clear, and welcoming while helping customers make confident decisions about their vehicle needs.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers in person and over the phone
• Create a warm, professional, helpful first impression
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and ask good questions
• Communicate updates clearly and consistently
• Present recommended services in a confident, customer-friendly way
• Help customers understand value, urgency, and next steps
• Schedule appointments and keep workflow organized
• Work closely with the team to make sure every customer has a great experience

What you do not need

• You do not need to be a mechanic
• You do not need deep automotive knowledge
• You do not need to know how to diagnose cars

We can teach the automotive side.
